DIGITAL BANNER PRINT
What files do you accept?
We can print from most file types: .jpg, .eps, .pdf, .psd, .ai - we cannot print direct from Word, Publisher or Powerpoint but we can easily recreate those file types. The most important thing to remember is all graphics need to be 300dpi.
What resolution does the artwork need to be?
The resolution for your banner needs to be set at 300dpi. Anything less we cannot guarantee the quality of your banner. All the imported graphic contained within the design also need to be 300dpi resolution. IMPORTANT: Do not copy logos and images from websites the resolution will be poor and they will not print well.
What size does my document need to be?
We ideally need the artwork supplied to us at 25% of the final size. So, if you need a 3000 x 1000mm banner your document needs to be set at 750 x 250mm. It's easy - just divide your measurements by 4.

Still not sure about the size?
We can supply a template document for your banner as either a Photoshop or Illustrator format - simply email your finished size dimensions and format you require to info@mdstitch.com and we will email it back to you.
Do you offer a design service?
Yes - just let us know and we will design it for you...FOR FREE.
Files we cannot accept
We cannot accept Microsoft type files such as Word to print - we will however recreate the artwork for you..
My background is black but it has printed grey?
To get a strong dense black when making up your artwork please flood it with 100% of all the colours. This will then give a nice vibrant black background.
Can you make changes to our artwork?
Sure - as long as your file is in a format that we can edit. Just let us know and we will send you a proof for your approval.
